When it comes to shipping and delivery, we try our level best to deliver in the shortest possible. However, different customers have different needs and demands and we do all we can to meet all our customers’ demands. Here are some answers to frequently asked questions on shipping and delivery:
How long will it take receive my order?
We allow three business days for production after you have approved your hoodie design or artwork. This simply means that if you want personalized hoodies, you will first go through the process of creating a hoodie, either by yourself or by the help of our professionals and the tools available, and then we go through the details and show you a sample of the final product. Once you have approved the artwork, it will take approximately three business days for the production and printing process to be complete before we dispatch your order. Normally, delivery time varies depending on your location. If it is within the United States, it will take approximately 2-4 days. But outside the U.S may take more days.
Is it possible for me to get my order within a week?
Yes, it is possible to receive your order within a week. We offer rush services to those who want to receive their orders within the shortest time possible. You can check out some of the services available to get yourself acquainted with the terms and it requires you to do in order to get the order within a week. It is our responsibility to ensure that you get timely delivery of your custom printed hoodies.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we free shipping within the United States of America. If you live outside the US, shipping fees and local taxes may apply at the point of delivery. The shipping costs apply regardless of how much you order if you live outside the United States.
Do you have express delivery?
Yes, we have 24 hour and 4 day express delivery services on selected orders. However, this will be at additional costs. This is because we will have to focus on the production and printing of your order and halt the production of other customer’s orders. This requires additional manpower and resources and it is why you will have to pay additional costs.
Can I track my order?
Yes, we have a system that allows customers to track their orders right from the printing and production process to the delivery point. This is aimed at ensuring that all our customers can follow up on their orders and get them on the agreed time.
Cancelations
We take due diligence to ensure that what is ordered is what we deliver. We will work with you through the design, printing and production processes to prevent cancelations. However, if you are not pleased with what has been delivered, feel free to contact us. Customer satisfaction is our main goal.
